A Jewish cemetery in the town of Bolgrad, Ukraine (Odessa region) was vandalized, according to an April 25, 2008 report by the Russian Jewish web site Jewish.ru. The unknown vandals damaged eleven gravestones sometime between April 20 (Hitler's birthday--traditionally a time of increased anti-minority violence) and April 24. Jewish community leaders reported the incident to the police.
